PPP and Public Procurement Management and Transaction Advisory Services
Public-private partnerships (PPPs) as one of the ways of project financing is becoming continuously critical in implementing infrastructure projects worldwide. They provide a sustainable solution to the challenge of economic development vis-à-vis the limited national resources.
Utility Regulation Specialist Services
There exists an experienced team of qualified specialists at ii3P offering expert consulting services in Utility Rate Making, Utility rate analysis, Contract Negotiation, Utility Procurement & Options, Regulatory & Policy Analysis.
PPP and Public Procurement Training and Capacity Building
At ii3P we are aware that PPPs being complex projects pause a challenge to the Government entities right from feasibility stage to delivery especially if the capacity within the organization is inadequate to manage the project development process. We have a team of PPP professionals ready to provide technical assistance to such organizations.
PPs – The only Language across the Globe
World over, Governments have not only been legally mandated but also constitutionally obligated to provide public infrastructure services. Provision of these services has been and still is from the taxpayer‘s limited resources in form of taxes. Increasingly now, Governments in Sub-Saharan Africa, and indeed throughout the world are turning to public-private partnerships (PPPs) as a means for accessing private sector financing and expertise that they would otherwise not be able to posses.
