PPP & Public Procurement Management & Transaction Advisory Services

At ii3P we are aware that PPPs being complex projects pause a challenge to the Government entities right from feasibility stage to delivery especially if the capacity within the organization is inadequate to manage the project development process. We have a   team of PPP professionals ready to provide technical assistance to such organizations. We provide value addition to the process by:

  • Coming along with our rich experience in similar transactions
  • Providing technical assistance to the organization’s team in the whole life cycle of a PPP project
  • Bringing legitimacy to the PPP process and increasing investor, public and other stakeholder confidence in PPPs
  • Providing an opportunity for knowledge and skills transfer to the entities

We do all the detailed financial, technical and legal work required for the project and if, on the basis of the feasibility study, a PPP solution is decided on, and if the entity requires it, we go ahead and provide the necessary technical, legal and financial advisory support for the procurement of a private partner in compliance with all elements of the relevant legal regime. Our specific involvement includes describing the project and its objectives, their alignment with the institution’s strategic vision, providing a clear narrative and   background of the PPP project. At ii3P we come in as external consultants but end up being part of your internal team.
We complete a feasibility study to a standard that will enable the institution to ascertain the viability and bankability of the project. Also endowed with a team of procurement professionals, we stretch our long arm to providing specialist advice regarding the optimum risk allocation and the resultant contract structure including preparation of all necessary documentation. Our services stretch right away from the start of the PPP project development until after the signing of the PPP agreement or at the end of the procurement phase. The entity can approach us in any of the areas they feel they need us to bridge various gaps.
